50% Off Comics Sale Continues Howdy! Today's newsletter will need to be very short, as yesterday was the busiest day in our history on eBay. I mention this fact because I want you to be aware of the fact that word is continuing to spread through the online comics world about the drastic price decreases that we put into effect in February. With all eight million of our back issues still available to you at half of those already lowered prices via our ongoing 50% off SWEETHEART codeword sale, you can still fill in major runs of many comics titles from us right now for very little cost. The 50% off codeword discount even applies to most of the comics that we have just listed in our New-In-Stock and Premium New-In-Stock links. Only new comics, a few variants, and our CGC-graded comics are not a part of the codeword sale. Aside from shipping hundreds of comics orders every day, we are also getting ready for a couple of big local events. On Sunday we will be hosting a fantastic STAR WARS-themed wedding at our Jason St. Mega-Store. The huge X-Wing fighter replica being built in our store by the bride and groom is now in its finishing stages, and our entire events is being cleared in anticipation of a STAR WARS wedding party that should exceed two hundred people, including many in costume. If you are going to be anywhere near Denver on Sunday, you are absolutely welcome to attend this cool event. The store opens at noon, and the wedding ceremony begins at two o'clock. Star Wars X-Wing The second event that we are planning for is Free Comic Book Day, which is on May 3rd. Henry Winkler, who played Fonzie on the Happy Days TV show, will be signing autographs in our Jason St. Mega-Store that day. We already have 400 tickets reserved by fans who want to meet Mr. Winkler, which is going to occupy most of his time on the 3rd.
