Comics and Toy Auction Tomorrow! Howdy! The weather is supposed to be a little rainy tomorrow, so if you are looking for a fun event to enjoy with your family, our last no-minimum-bid comics and toy auction of the spring might be a great way to enjoy your afternoon. Our auction begins at 11:30 AM at our Jason St. Mega-Store (4600 Jason St.) and features well over 750 comics, toys, autographed prints, statues, and much more. All will be sold without reserves, and with no minimum bids. Because we have no reserve prices, many items sell in our auctions for $1-$5, so our monthly events are a great place for young people (and for fans of all ages who are on a budget) to be able to build their collections at minimal cost. Cargo In addition to our auction, tomorrow's event at our Jason St. location will feature a rare public appearance by "Cargo," one of the incredibly smart Freedom Service Dogs who are trained to help the disabled. Proceeds from about 250 donated items by customers and staff of Mile High Comics will be sold during the auction to help the Freedom Service Dogs Organization. We will also have a small raffle taking place (with $100 Mile High Comics Gift Certificates as prizes) as well as an incredible benefit bake sale.
