His first appearance in 1986 was as the mascot of a comic shop newsletter, and quickly The Tick gained notoriety for the superhero spoof's absurdist antics. A black and white independent comic followed, and then The Tick caught a big break with the animated TV series in 1994! The Tick Statue stands approximately 12'' tall. Designed by Tracy Mark Lee and scupted by Rubén Procopio, each piece is hand cast in high-quality polystone and hand-painted to exacting standards. The Tick comes packaged in a durable foam interior and a beautiful full color package, and each piece is individually numbered for authenticity. Painted and ready to display.
