The story of one man's desire to clear his good name. The reclusive Dr. Doug is named as the source for the mysterious Plaque epidemic, which has infected the Earth in mostrous proportions. Enlisting the aid of five teenagers to battle the plaque, Dr. Doug shrinks the newly formed Plaque Patrol, and injects them into his own body, after infecting himself with the deviant strain of Plaque X.
