Except when it happens to the youth of Excel Saga, in which case it's a laugh riot! Fire and water don't mix, and that burning sensation you fee is the flame rising from the apartment where so many good times were shared. The guys, robots, and Ms. Matsuya can crash at their office; but when you work for ACROSS and your office is a half-flooded basement studio (1BA, 1THRN) you'll be getting your beauty rest under corrugated cardboard.
