Furious at his defeat by the new Raven, Jacques, Rajican launches an all out attack against Raven Base with the latest of his powerful rogue-bots. At the base, a rivalry erupts between the veteran Calito and new-comer Jacques and, after a physical confrontation, Calito chooses to leave the Ravens for good. This breaks up the natural partnership of Calito and Hammer, resulting in Hammer's solo confrontation with Rajican's deadly rogue-bot. Calito discovers the threat and races to the aid of his friend, thus upsetting Rajican's plans by warning the Ravens in the nick of time.
