Comics Bibliography Prototype

To provide folks who have come to our site on the basis of the PEOPLE magazine article a sample of what we are intending to do with all the comics ever published, we have manually created the following informational breakdowns on some selected issues of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. Please bear in mind, however, that scanning the covers of the comics is the easy part. Identifying and inputting the bibliographic data is what will require the most time-consuming effort. But, when finished, this database will be the most comprehensive source of information about comics available anywhere in the world. We'll be expanding this very small prototype of our program over the next few months, and add substantially to it during 1999. We have no set schedule, and intend to increase the speed of entry as our revenues from our website allow. But this is a project that will never be actually finished, as we will continue to expand the parameters of the database forever.
