Howdy!
A very brief newsletter today, as I am frantically cutting invasive weeds at my farm in Boulder this morning. Nanette
and I are leaving on our annual pilgrimage to Santa Fe on Thursday morning, and any of those 6' tall monsters that I fail
to cut before we go will most likely seed out during our absence. One teasel plant can release up to 10,000 seeds, which
have viability for up to five years (!) afterwards. I have slowly been winning my battle against our teasels and thistles,
but this week is just not a time for resting, or lack of diligence.

While I am out on the farm felling giant invaders, our team at our awesome
Mile High Comics Mega-Store
in Denver is hustling to ship the mountain of online orders that we have already received during the past two weeks of
our 70% off VISA! codeword sale on all of our
back issue comics and magazines.
After a remarkably powerful surge in last-minute orders over this past weekend, we are now somewhere over triple our original
goal for this short-term promotion. Wow.
Anyhoo, if you have been procrastinating (as I so often do...), and have yet to place your 70% off VISA! order, you
need to now get your butters in gear, and start shopping! The official end date for the sale is at 11 AM on Tuesday (tomorrow),
although Will Moulton doesn't usually flip the switch to the new codeword until he leaves at 6 PM. Either way, however, your
time is running out. Our new 60% off COMICS! codeword sale will begin immediately after the completion of VISA!

Some comics we added this past month.
I will close by mentioning that it is going to take upwards of two weeks for the last of the 70% off VISA! codeword
orders to ship. We have everyone on our staff that we can spare shifted over to help with pulling and shipping of orders,
but this is also the busiest time of year in
our Mega-Store,
so our available resources are limited. 'Nuff said.
Happy collecting!
