Signed Comics by Jim Shooter

When I was in New York City last month (March 2001), I had the great pleasure of having breakfast with my good friend, Jim Shooter. After breakfast, he was kind enough to sign 10 each of 50 different comics he wrote over the course of his illustrative career in comics. I'm making those issues available to members of my newsletter list, at no charge above regular list price. Here are the issues we currently have available:

[Marvel Comics] - [Acclaim Comics]

Please note that these issues are all in Fine - Near Mint condition. Most are unread. Jim autographed each issue on the cover, usually in gold ink. They're pretty cool. Don't forget, however, that we only have 10 of each. They are being made available on a first-come basis. If any issues are left over on Friday 4/27, I'm going to have Will raise the prices to 50% over list, which is our standard premium for back issue autographed comics.

If this sale does reasonably well, I intend to approach some of my other friends in the creative community, and offer you the same deal. I know a heck of a lot of creators, so I would enjoy it very much if we could repeat this process many times. Oh, before I forget, since I know many of you will ask, Jim is freelancing right now with a production company in New York. His schedule is so full that he hasn't had time to make any progress on the ANOMALIES project we were trying to get off the ground a couple of years ago. Drat!
