About Us
The Fantastic Four
Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1961, the Fantastic Four team of Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), Sue Storm (who married Reed to become Sue Richards) (Invisible Woman), Ben Grimm (The Thing), and Johnny Storm (The Human Torch) gained their powers when they piloted a experimental spacecraft into space and were subject to cosmic rays. The Fantastic Four was born as a super-hero team and from atop the Baxter Building (where the Fantastic Four continues to have its headquarters) fight enemies such as the Mole Man and Victor Von Doom.Comics and Comic Book Series
