High school girl Rinka Urushiba wakes up to find out she has attained extra-sensory powers, and eventually comes to use them against other espers who have begun wage havoc on Tokyo. Tokyo ESP is a fast-paced sci-fi action series featuring lots of well drawn and choreographed action, mixed in with surreal comedic scenes. Fully utilizing its youthful cast and themes of ESP and the paranormal, ESP is a very upbeat modern comic that should appeal to an audience much broader than just the anime/manga community.
