Delighted to have a weekend night off for a change, Serenity is eager for action. Derek tells her about a rave he and Kimberly are going to attend. Elsewhere, Quint and Brad, two lowlife drifters looking for quick cash, hear about the rave and decide to try to sell dope to the teen ravers, with disastrous results. After the rave, Serenity learns that while the Prayer Club loves her, they don't find her particularly likable. This upsets Serenity and as she walks home she talks to God, challenging Him to show just one example where prayer has made her life better...
