Meanwhile, Aunt Hilda is trying to become a member of the prestigious magic council, but her membership may be in jeopardy when the council gives her charge, Sabrina, a warning for using Spellfreeze in the mortal world. This further complicates matters, as Sabrina has an opportunity to end her first date with Shinji on a magical note, but declines so as not to hurt Aunt Hilda's chances of getting on the council. It's a good thing, because the queen of the council has taken note of Sabrina's activities and has assigned a messenger to update her on everything Sabrina does! Just what does the queen have in mind?
