by Ron Ledwell The exploits of the Flying Tigers continues as the squadron shifts operations to the skies over Burma. Undefended, except for a few of the RAF's obsolete Brewster Buffalos, the Tigers slash into the large formations of Jap Bombers and fighters destroying over 240 of the enemy machines for a loss of 9 P-40s. Eventually, the Japanese overrun the Tigers' base at Magwe in Burma, and they're forced to shift their base of operations back into China.
