After flying all night to reach Frankfurt, Chuck and daughter Rowan stagger to the Messe Halle to set up the Mile High Comics booth. Set-Up
The booths in Frankfurt are ridiculously expensive, and require a huge amount of work by the exhibitors to set-up. You even need to install your own light fixtures. Plus there is no heat in the Messe Halle during set-up...

Camping out
Rowan camps out in the booth all day waiting for the ISDN line to be installed, and the computer system to be delivered, while Chuck drives an hour to his home town of Aschaffenburg to pick up display books for in the booth. Dieter and Christoph
After four freezing hours, Dieter (left) shows up with the computer and the 21" monitor. Chuck gets back at just about the same time, with his uncle Christoph (right) to help in setting up. The ISDN line works on the first try. Yippie!
