TWO MILLION COMIC BOOKS - $1.39 Each Postage Paid
Howdy!
Today's newsletter will be a copy of our newest Facebook Ad that will start running tonight. Chuck
thought you might want to see it before everyone else:
A random sample selection of books.
Hi there! My name is Chuck Rozanski. After 54 years of operating
Mile High Comics,
I now own far (far!) more than ten million (10,000,000!) individual
comic books.
How many more? Quite honestly, I do not have a clue. What I do know is that we have at least 100 huge pallets (each filled with
20,000+ random unsorted comics) stashed away in every spare nook and cranny of our massive 65,000 square foot central
Denver Mega-Store.

This vast overstock of unsorted comic books poses a serious space problem for us, as our beautiful
Mega-Store
(located at 4600 Jason St. - Denver) is now totally full, precisely at the moment in time that we desperately need more empty footage
in order to expand our retail displays for our very busy summer season. I brainstormed with my staff this morning about what we could
do to alleviate this vast overcrowding, and the only solution that we came up with for our space dilemma was to blow out all two
million+ of our unsorted comics at truly giveaway prices through a revival of our incredibly popular
Bargain Box program.
Our last effort of selling Bargain Boxes (during the COVID shutdowns) was so well received that we ended up shipping out well over
10,000 of our awesome random assortment boxes before we had to shut it down out of sheer exhaustion. Simply put, my Mile High Comics
team reasoned that if we sold that many of our boxes again, that the worst of our current space problems would be at least somewhat
resolved.

The only drawback that we saw to our reviving our incredibly popular
Bargain Box program
(at least for us) is that we do cover the shipping costs for our clients, which can be quite considerable for a sturdy package filled
with 36 random comics. On many levels, that is an acceptable cost for us to bear if it gets some excellent reading comics into your
hands at barely over $1 each, while also providing us with some much-needed breathing room.

So, here we go! We have a stock of the following
11 Bargain Boxes
available for shipping to you right now. Each contains 36 random comics published during the past 30 years, with 90%+ in Fi/VF/NM
conditions. If you pick a genre (such as
BATMAN),
you will be shipped a broad spectrum of titles (such as ROBIN, CATWOMAN, DETECTIVE, etc) that fit within that general definition.
Sorry, we simply do not have time to customize boxes to one title, nor can we create boxes exclusively made up of comics suited for
young children. Our boxes are filled with comics that reflect exactly what you would find on the stands of the best comics
specialty shops, with some containing back issue whose list prices spike up to $50-$60 each. Our pre-sorting of these comics is
minimal, so it is quite likely that some even more valuable (and rare) issues will also slip through, and thus end up in our bulk
boxes at far below their actual collector’s value. We truly hate giving these kinds of great collectibles away for next to nothing,
but at some point you have to pragmatically accept that overstock is overstock, and that there is just not enough time for us to
carefully go through everything that we own. That being the case, our loss can easily turn out to be your wonderful gain! Need I
say more?
