Description: The Concept: Al Simmons, once the U.S. government's greatest soldier and most effective assassin, was mercilessly executed by his own men. Resurrected from the ashes of his own grave in a flawed agreement with the powers of darkness, Simmons is reborn as a creature from the depths of Hell. Disfigured, homeless and alone, this warrior now known as Spawn wanders the shadowy alleys of New York City in search of his past life. This Issue: Spawn pressures Terry into making a move against Jason Wynn. When Cyan is kidnapped, seemingly by Spawn, Terry and Wanda try to explain their relationship with Spawn to the police searching for their daughter. Meanwhile, Jason Wynn finds out Terry has benn leaking department information. And finally...a scared, cold, hungry, and tired Cyan is forced to color pictures for the real kidnapper - the Clown!
