SENTRY (2005) (#1-8) (MARVEL LIMITED SERIES) #7 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Sentry (2005) #7
Written by Paul Jenkins and drawn by John Romita Jr. Guest-starring Doctor Strange. Is the Sentry the world's most powerful super-hero or is he the creation of a mind gone mad? John Victor Williams finds himself in a straightjacket in a padded cell convinced that he is a high-flying cosmic Avenger. But he has no power, no memory of how he got there and no hope of escape. He thinks he is Robert Reynolds, a mild-mannered man exposed to a strange chemical that made him the Sentry. But he's told by his psychiatrists that he is a dangerously insane psychopath.

Over time, John begins to believe his therapists that Spider-Man, the Hulk and all of the costumed heroes he draws pictures of are merely figments of his imagination. But then a crack appears in the illusory world of "John Victor Williams" and the Sentry becomes convinced of his existence once more. Even more shocking is the fact that the Professor responsible for his transformation into the Sentry is his captor! What dread secret does the Professor want to keep from the Golden Guardian?
