OUTLAW KID (1970) #14 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Outlaw Kid (1970) #14
"The Caliber City Kids!" is written by Gary Friedrich and drawn by Dick Ayers and Jack Abel. The Red Vest Gang lures railroad baron Jack McDaniels and the rest of the men of Calibre City out on a wild goose chase that will keep them out of town for days. Meanwhile, they double back and plan to loot the settlement without fear of resistance. Luckily, the Outlaw Kid sees through the gang's ruse and stays behind.

But one man can't fight a whole armed bunch by himself so he's glad to get an offer of assistance from the young boys of the town. Armed with their hunting rifles and shotguns and determined to defend their homes and moms, these young warriors don't seem like much a match for the Red Vest killers. But with some preparation, a daring plan and a little luck, this children's crusade might just do the trick.
