MARVEL SUPER-HEROES (1967) #22 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Marvel Super-Heroes (1967) #22
Cover by Jack Kirby. Re-presenting two great tales from the early days of Marvel's Silver Age. First, from Daredevil #2, we find our Man Without Fear facing off against "The Evil Menace of Electro!" (written by Stan Lee with art by Joe Orlando and Vince Colletta). The master of electricity apparently didn't learn his lesson after being defeated by Spider-Man so now he's set his sights on robbing the Fantastic Four's scientific secrets and selling them to an enemy nation. DD has to stop the lethal lightning lord armed with just his skill, his super-senses and his billy club.

Then, from X-Men #3, Professor X sends his young students out in search of a new mutant he's detected. Cyclops is the first to find the voluminous Blob who has complete control over his massive body's molecules. But when the ill-mannered new mutant flatly turns the Professor down on his offer to join the team, the X-Men know it's time to "Beware of the Blob!" (written by Lee with art by Kirby and Paul Reinman).
