JLA CLASSIFIED (2004) #3 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Justice League Classified (2004) #3
"Seconds to Go" is written by Grant Morrison and drwan by Ed McGuinness and Dexter Vines. Gorilla Grodd and the Nebula Man have grand designs for taking over the world. For the super-ape Grodd, Earth should be ruled by intelligent simians like himself while humans are reduced to slave status. For Nebula Man, an otherdimensional evil, a more long-term plan is in the offing with his aim being an eventual annexation of our dimension by his own. With these two super-villains stand the mind-controlled super-citizens of the floating city Superbia: the Global Guardians and the International Ultramarine Corps. Standing against their mad plans are the Justice League of America.

With Batman roasting on a spit slowly being twirled by Gorilla Grodd, the rest of the JLA has to act fast to win the day. Wonder Woman faces off against Kid Impala, Vixen, Fleur and the Tasmanian Devil. Green Lantern and the Flash battle Pulse-8. Aquaman and Martian Manhunter spar with the Olympian and Goraiko. Superman takes on the Nebula Man himself. And Batman frees himself in time to defeat Gorilla Grodd and the mind-controlled Knight. With the threat neutralized, the Justice League turns to the Ultramarine Corps and what to do with the team who seems to have lost its way long before Grodd and Nebula Man showed up. The answer: the Corps finds a new home in the infant universe of Qwewq!
