IRON MAN/CAPTAIN AMERICA: CASUALTIES OF WAR (2006) #1 CAPTAIN - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Iron Man/Captain America: Casualties of War (2006) #1
The first casualty of a civil war can be friendship. Iron Man and Captain America are not unlike brothers from opposite sides of America's 19th century Civil War, united by mutual admiration and familial obligation but torn apart of convictions and ideology. Throughout the years since Cap was first pulled from the frozen waters of the North Atlantic by the Avengers, the Star-Spangled Avenger and the Golden Avenger have stood side by side against many menaces.

But when Tony (Iron Man) Stark calls Steve (Captain America) Rogers to the abandoned Avengers Mansion to try to talk through their hostilities, it is not only past triumphs but also past conflicts that come to the forefronts of their memories. In the end, there's no hearty handshake and easy coming to terms between these two warriors. And the issues of Marvel's Civil War cannot be settled even with frank talk and honesty. "Rubicon" is written by Christos Gage and drawn by Jeremy Haun and Mark Morales. Cover by Jim Cheung, John Dell and Justin Ponsor.
