FANTASTIC FOUR GIANT-SIZE (GIANT-SIZE SUPER-STARS) (1974) #1 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Fantastic Four Giant-Size (Giant-Size Super-Stars) (1974) #1
Starring the Fantastic Four. Guest-starring the Hulk and Thundra. "The Mind of the Monster!" is written by Gerry Conway with art by Rich Buckler and Joe Sinnott. The Hulk and the Thing have clashed many times and under many circumstances but none as bizarre as this. Our story begins when the Hulk comes to New York City and after crashing out in an alleyway for a snooze, wakes up as Dr. Bruce Banner. Banner seeks out the Baxter Building, home of the world-famous Fantastic Four for aid in ridding himself of the monster of the Hulk once and for all.

But instead of finding Reed Richards at home, Banner finds Ben Grimm, the Thing by himself. Still, reasoning that Reed's latest invention, a Psi-Amplifier, may not only rid him of the Hulk but also reverse Ben's transformation, Banner hooks them both up to the machine. But instead of curing, the machine alters the two men, switching their consciousnesses. Soon, the Hulk's persona is occupying the Thing's body and vice versa! It's up to the FF to figure out just who to help defeat whom! Also, don't miss the Rogues' Gallery of FF foes (drawn by Jack Kirby)!
