DC 100 PAGE SUPER SPECTACULAR (1971) #6 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: DC 100 Page Super Spectacular (1971) #6
Wraparound cover by Neal Adams. Re-printing the first-ever meeting between the Justice League of America of Earth-1 and the Justice Society of America of Earth-2. "Crisis on Earth-One!" and "Crisis on Earth-Two" finds the superhero teams of two Earths battling the Crime Champions, a group of super-villains who have found a way to trap them in the vibration barrier between the planets. This two-part epic was originally presented in Justice League of America #21 and #22 and was scripted by Gardner Fox and drawn by Mike Sekowsky and Bernard Sachs. Next, the Spectre meets the mad magician Zor in a dimension-spanning tale of horror written by Jerry Siegel and drawn by Bernard Daly.

Johnny Quick uses his lightning fast speed to become the "Stand-In for 100 Convicts" when a jewel thief aims to ruin their reputation as trustees of a reform-minded warden (script by Don Cameron with art by Hy Mankin). Then, in a beautifully drawn tale, the Vigilante and his sidekick Stuff stop the Fiddler and his gang from using an Old West legend to steal gold from a museum in "The Galleon in the Desert" (story by Joe Samachson and art by Dan Barry). Wildcat takes on the Huntress in the middle of Christmas season in "Crime Wore a Costume" (a never before published story by writer Bob Kanigher and penciler J. Chester Kozlak). And finally, Hawkman and Hawkgirl stop a would-be wizard in the "Strange Spells of the Sorcerer" (story by Fox, art by Joe Kubert).
