AVENGERS VS. AGENTS OF ATLAS (2010) #3 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Avengers vs. Agents of Atlas (2010) #3
"Earth's Mightiest Super Heroes Part 3" is written by Jeff Parker and drawn by Gabriel Hardman. A bizarre temporal flux perhaps originating from the Avengers' first clash with Kang the Conquerer (Avengers #8) has thrust the original Avengers into the present day. Confused by their surroundings, the timelost heroes have clashed with the Agents of Atlas. Now, the time-phenomenom has brought the original Hulk into the 21st century as well and he's fighting mad. Because Venus with her mood-altering powers has been removed from the fight by the Wasp's stings, there's no chance of calming the green-skinned goliath as he tears through members of both teams.

First, Thor, then Iron Man, then M-11 and Giant-Man all try their hand at subduing the Hulk. And in order to ensure no innocents are hurt, Captain America asks Thor to send them all and the Hulk to a remote location to finish their battle. The Thunder God chooses a remote beach in Norway. After he nearly kills Giant-Man, the Hulk is finally submerged in the ocean by Namora and she and Thor hold the brute while Venus recovers. Her siren song calms the Hulk and returns him to the form of Dr. Bruce Banner but the temporal flux has grown more powerful than ever! Also, don't miss "Hey, Venus!" in which Marvel super-heroes write in to the goddess for love advice (written by Paul Cornell with art by Leonard Kirk).
