TOM STRONG (1999) #15 - Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Tom Strong #15
"Ring of Fire" is written by Alan Moore and drawn by Chris Sprouse. A smoke alarm going off in the predawn hours in Millennium City signals the start of another breath-taking adventure for the Strong family. Young and beautiful Tesla is the target of a most bizarre kidnaping conducted by Salamanders, men seemingly from the center of the Earth. Their leader, a fiery powerhouse named Val Var Garm, has the hots for the teenage girl.

Donning their heat-resistant gem suits, the Strong family boldly descends into the center of the underground dwellers' home. What ensues is a calamity of misunderstandings as rollicking explosions mark the end of this blind date gone very wrong. In the end, Tom Strong must learn to trust his daughter, Tesla, to make her own choices; even if it does mean she falls for a lava-throwing underground monarch.
