CAPTAIN AMERICA (1968) (#100-454) (MARVEL) #171 - Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Captain America (1968) #171
Guest-starring the Falcon, the Black Panther and Iron Man. "Bust-Out!" is written by Mike Friedrich from a Steve Englehart plot with art by Sal Buscema and Vince Colletta. Cap has been framed by the malicious Committee to Regain America's Principles and its figurehead hero Moonstone. And while the Star-Spangled Avenger awaits his day in court, the Committee tries to discredit him further by busting him out of jail by armed assault. Ever the law-abiding citizen, Cap doesn't cooperate with his would-be accomplices but soon finds himself a captive of his accusers anyway.

Meanwhile, in Lagos, Nigeria, the Falcon and the Black Panther hunt down the American gangster Stoneface who has kidnapped the Falcon's girl Leila. It seems even homicidal gangsters can get lonely and Stoneface has a mind to keep Leila for his own. Testing out his brand new wings (designed for him by Wakanda's greatest scientific minds), the Falcon stumbles and nearly gets himself and the Panther killed in their rescue attempt. Will any of them make it out of Africa alive?
