More High Grade Silver Age and Bronze Age Comics

Howdy!

Most of my newsletter today will consist of links to the numerous titles of older comics from that great single-owner collection that I purchased on Wednesday. Will and Pam are working diligently to get all 8,000+ comics from this collection graded for you, but given they are taking extra care while handling these awesome comics, not all have yet been processed. That having been said, I think that you will agree that the listing at the end of this newsletter is already quite amazing. It has been a long time since we had such a nice grouping of older comics arrive in just a single collection.

BLACK PANTHER (1976) #1

So you know, this is just the beginning of our efforts to expand our online offerings for you. I am blessed to have two more major private collections to look at next week. Unfortunately, we can only process one at the moment due to our imminent departure for this year's San Diego Comic-Con International (July 20th - 24th), so I will have to choose between them. Regardless of which of these collections that I purchase, however, we should also be adding thousands more recent comics over the next couple of weeks.

SILVER SURFER (1968) #1

I will close with a quick mention that our annual 50% off JULY4TH! codeword sale has been extended indefinitely past it's original deadline of next Tuesday. That is because I want to keep the opportunity for you to purchase any of the comics from Wednesday's amazing high grade Silver Age collection at half of our list price in effect until we finish listing all 8,000 issues. Please note, however, that there was only one copy of each issue represented in this collection, and at the moment they are steadily melting away. If you see an issue offered that you have been seeking, try to place your order right away. We have already had a couple of folks express regret that they missed out on key issues. Simply put, on some of these scarcer comics we have not had even a single copy available for sale in several years.

STRANGE TALES (1951) #110
