Local News - Huge Memorial Day Comics Sale at Mile High Comics Howdy! As hard as it may be for you to believe, Memorial Day is already upon us! Here at Mile High Comics we are hustling to get our three stores ready, as Memorial Day is the traditional beginning of our summer tourist season. Starting next week, and accelerating as we progress into June, we should see a huge increase in the number of out-of-state visitors. We very much welcome this influx in summer buyers as they help us to cover our costs of keeping our stores (and most especially our huge Jason St. Mega-Store) open in the dark days of winter. Before that tidal wave of out-of-state visitors hits us, however, we want to provide our loyal Denver-area fans with one last opportunity to shop in relative peace and quiet, and with some very nice discounts in effect.
