Located five miles west of downtown Denver, our Lakewood store is perhaps the finest example of a "friendly neighborhood comics shop" to be found anywhere in America. Positioned in a very large outdoor strip mall, on the north west corner, next to a large clothing store. This store is where we experiment with methods designed to bring the general public into a comics shop, while simultaneously maintaining a very fan-friendly atmosphere. We're able to accomplish these somewhat mutually-exclusive goals because Dave Sainden, manager of the store for the past seven years, is one of the friendliest comics retailers in the world! Easy to find at 1st and Wadsworth Blvd., the store can be reached from downtown Denver by taking the 6th Ave. freeway to the Wadsworth South exit, and then driving a mere five blocks.
