Description

Web of Spider-Man #7
Guest-starring the Incredible Hulk. "Welcome ... To My Nightmare" is written by Peter David and drawn by Sal Buscema. Betty Brant wearing dancers' tights to work? The Thing serving Wolverine tea? Captain America knocking the Daily Bugle evening edition with the help of Rom, the Spaceknight? How about Dr. Octopus as a city editor with the Blob hard at work at a typewriter? Is it a dream? You bet, but the kind of dream you don't easily wake up from!

Switching costumes with each panel, Spider-Man alternates between red-and-blue and symbiote black while the gamma-spawned Hulk chases him through a cavalcade of painful memories. The journey is one of the mind as well as the spirit as Peter Parker struggles with the responsibility of power. But who's behind this cathartic caper? None other than Doctor Strange's old nemesis, Nightmare, of course. Can Spidey keep his sanity and his values without giving up his life? Tune in and watch!
