DETECTIVE COMICS (1937) (#0-881) (DC) #366 - Plot Synopsis

Description

Detective Comics (1937) #366
"The Round Robin Death Threats" Cover by Carmine Infantino. Someone has finally figured out how to not only defeat Batman but also rope him into committing their crimes for them. Falling victim to a hypnotic chemical placed on a special delivery letter, Bruce Wayne finds he's compelled to follow the message's instructions and incapable of telling anyone about it.

When, as Batman, he realizes those commands are setting him up to commit murder, he tries to stay busy fighting crooks on the other side of town so he can't possibly be at the pre-appointed place and time. However, his body acts on its own and hurries his attacks, finishing the fight with plenty of time ... for crime! Then, Sue Dibny, the wife of the Elongated Man, sniffs out a mystery of her own in "Robber Round-Up in Kiddy City!" (story by John Broome with art by Infantino and Sid Greene).
