POWER COMPANY (2002) #3 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Power Company (2002) #3
"Something Wicked This Way Comes" is co-created by Kurt Busiek and Tom Grummett. Skyrocket has finally accepted Josiah Powers' offer to become the leader of the Power Company, his team of corporate super-heroes for hire. Her only condition is that the team also do pro bono work for the needy. And none could be needier than the poor citizens of San Francisco who are about to watch their beautiful city by the Bay become a beachhead for an interdimensional invasion. The Imperial Dragoneer and his dragon mount, Fireheart, have set up camp on the island of Alcatraz in an attempt to summon their dread master, the Eternal Night.

The Power Company strikes with full force and under the leadership of Skyrocket, the team comes close to shutting down the Dragoneer. But as Dr. Cyber's mercenaries, the Strike Force watch on, the team is nearly defeated. Just as Josiah decides he may have to take an unprecedented personal hand in the events, Skyrocket turns the tide and the Dragoneer is banished. But will Striker Z have to pay the ultimate price for the Power Company's first victory?
