MS. MARVEL (1977) (#1-23) (MARVEL) (CAROL DANVERS) #12 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Ms. Marvel (1977) #12
"The Warrior ...and the Witch Queen!" is written by Chris Claremont and drawn by Sal Buscema and Joe Sinnott. Outside Cape Canaveral, on Saracen Cay, Ms. Marvel battles a group of ancient Elementals and Hecate, an other-dimensional explorer for possession of a magical artifact called the Ruby Scarab. The gem acts as an amplifier of power and Magnum, Hellfire and Hydron all want their hands on it.

If the combined powers of earth, fire and water can't overcome Ms. Marvel, Hecate's illusions and power blasts certainly will. Meanwhile, a space shuttle called Athena One piloted by Carol Danvers' friend Salia is being affected by the incredible energies released by the battle and the Cavorite Crystal aboard is about to send it into a dimensional warp. Ms. Marvel's only hope is to find a new friend in Hecate.
