KID COLT (1962) (#103-229) (MARVEL) #155 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Kid Colt (1962) (#103-229) (MARVEL) #155
Cover by Herb Trimpe. Four rootin' tootin', six-gun shootin' tales of the West's wildest outlaw. Kid Colt rides into the peaceful-looking town of Sleepy Valley in hopes of catching some rest and relaxation. But instead, he gets ambushed by gunmen led by Chess Barlow who've taken the town hostage. After fighting them off, the Kid rides into the surrounding hills and encounters a group of the townspeople who want nothing more than to get their homes back. With the Kid's help, they turn on their tormentors and win their lives back!

Next, a town bully pushes around a young man he calls a coward until Kid Colt shows up. All of the townsfolk think the man a coward as well but the Kid teaches them there are different ways to be brave (art by Jack Keller). Finally, writer Stan Lee and artist Paul Reinman tell the story of young Kit Carson and his boyhood pal who didn't turn out quite as virtuous in "The Rip Snorter." Finally, Kid Colt is "The Missing Witness!" (art by Keller).
