IRON MAN (1968) (#1-332) (INVINCIBLE IRON MAN)(MARVEL) #224 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Iron Man (1968) #224
"Low Noon!" is written by David Michelinie and drawn by Bob Layton. Clayton Wilson, a.k.a. Force, has tried to leave the employ of international criminal Justin Hammer but there are some jobs you just don't walk away from. Where Hammer's concerned, your resignation letter is also your death warrant and in a Los Angeles jail, Wilson finds out such insubordination is grounds for (permanent) termination.

Hammer sends Blacklash, the Beetle and Blizzard to take Wilson out and it's all Tony (Iron Man) Stark and his pilot James "Rhodey" Rhodes can do to keep the reformed crook alive. The battle spills from downtown L.A. to an abandoned Western movie set outside of town. Against a backdrop of the wild West, our heroes make their last stand! Meanwhile, there's a new hero in town. Get ready, L.A., for Scott (Ant-Man) Lang!
