Plot Synopsis: Hulk (1962) #122
Guest-starring the Fantastic Four. "The Hulk's Last Fight!" is written by Roy Thomas with art by Herb Trimpe. All the Hulk ever wants is to be left alone. But even at the edges of civilization, he's surrounded by machines, creations of the "puny humans" who hate and fear him. Something as innocent as a freight train passing by is enough to set the gamma-ray spawned goliath off on a rampage. But once the Hulk's anger is sated, it's Bruce Banner who carries the guilt of the destruction his monstrous half has caused.

Meanwhile, Reed Richards, the brilliant leader of the Fantastic Four has come up with a way to cure Banner and banish the Hulk forever. But he needs Dr. Banner's help to finish the process. As Richards had hoped, Bruce discovers the FF wants to help and makes his way to the Baxter Building in New York City, headquarters of the world famous super-family. However, an overzealous policeman detains him at the door, setting Banner's blood pressure boiling and releasing the Hulk within. Can the Thing, Mr. Fantastic, the Human Torch and the Invisible Woman keep the monster from destroying Banner's last, best chance for peace?
