HOUSE OF M (2005) (#1-8) #7 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: House of M (2005) #7
Written by Brian Michael Bendis and drawn by Olivier Coipel, John Dell, Scott Hanna and Tim Townsend. The Scarlet Witch's mutant ability to manipulate probability was enhanced over the years by a natural aptitude for sorcery. Mutation and magic combined to give the beautiful young Avenger the ability to alter reality. And when her mind became unhinged with grief over the loss of her sons and the childhood stolen from her and her brother, Quicksilver, by their father Magneto, the world became something she wanted to bend and change. The Avengers paid for her insanity with blood (see Avengers Disassembled).

But when the Avengers and the X-Men banded together to try to deal with her, her brother Quicksilver did what he always did and tried to protect her. Pietro convinced his sister to change the world around them; to make it safe for mutants and to give all of her former comrades their wildest dreams. The problem is Wanda also created a little girl who could undo all she had changed. And when the Avengers and the X-Men woke up to her manipulation, war is bound to break out. But if the illusion shatters, what will happen to the Witch who weaved it?
