GREEN LANTERN (1960) (#1-224) (DC) #35 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Green Lantern #35
"Prisoner of the Golden Mask" is another gem from Gil Kane's Silver Age treasure house of art. The air-walking Aerialist has a mad-on against Ferris Aircraft and it's up to test pilot Hal Jordan, otherwise known as Green Lantern, to stop him before he wrecks the business. The mad saboteur, wishing to revenge the death of his beloved Elke Hensen, uses high-tech magnetic weaponry to first subdue and then subjugate the Emerald Gladiator.

Breaking free of the hypnotic yellow mask he's been saddled with, the Green Lantern resorts to good old fisticuffs to set the Aerialist back on his heels. And as his reward, he gets a kiss from the lithe and lovely Carol Ferris! Then, Green Lantern really goes to the birds in "The Eagle Crusader of Earth." When people and animals begin trading minds in the Southwestern U.S., GL investigates and finds spies attempting to steal high-level government secrets. But can he stop their scheme while trapped in the body of an eagle?
