Plot Synopsis: Fantastic Four Annual (1963) #10
Cover by John Buscema. Re-presenting the wedding of Reed (Mister Fantastic) Richards and Sue (the Invisible Girl) Storm. "Bedlam at the Baxter Building!" is written by Stan Lee and drawn by Jack Kirby and Vince Colletta. Guest-starring just about every super-hero and super-villain in the Marvel Universe! Doctor Doom seeks to ruin Reed and Sue's blessed day by stirring up the hateful emotions of nearly every super-villain in the world. So just as the ceremony is about to get underway, the FF are attacked by the Puppet Master, the Mole Man, the Red Ghost and his Super-Apes, the Mandarin and countless other menaces. Luckily, the FF invited the Avengers, the X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Doctor Strange and Spider-Man to the wedding!
Then, in another classic reprint, Johnny Storm faces off against the original Human Torch in a saga called "The Torch that Was!" (written by Lee and drawn by Kirby and Joe Sinnott). The Mad Thinker, eager for revenge on the world, revives the Golden Age Human Torch and wipes his memory clean, convincing him that he's a menace to the world. By sheer coincidence, the modern day Human Torch, Johnny Storm, flies to a remote desert location (right on top of the Thinker's lair) to test his nova-flame which he hopes will breach the barrier keeping him from seeing his true love Crystal of the Inhumans. Soon, Torch battles Torch as the FF find out the true measure of the man who was the Marvel Universe's first android!
