CAPTAIN MARVEL (1968) (#1-62) (MARVEL) #19 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Captain Marvel (1968) #19
"Mad Master of the Murder Maze!" is written by Roy Thomas and drawn by Gil Kane and Dan Adkins. Rick Jones, the teen who shares physical space with the Kree hero Mar-Vell, finds himself back in New York City without a job or a home. Answering an ad in the paper, he finds an ultra-modern apartment building in an otherwise run-down part of Manhattan's Lower East Side. The lease for this strange place comes with a somewhat undefined job as well, thanks to the generosity of the mysterious Dr. Cornelius Webb.

Rick soon finds out that Dr. Webb is a self-proclaimed expert in behavioral psychology and has some very unorthodox methods of conducting research. A series of alarms, hazards and frightening occurrences sends Rick and the other residents of Dr. Webb's apartment building scurrying around inside the facility's maze-like interior, much like lab rats. It's up to Captain Marvel to halt Webb's cruel and sometimes lethal experiments and to bring down the house that a madman built!
