BATMAN (1940) (#0-713) (DC) #670 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Batman (1940) #670
"The Resurrection of Ra's al Ghul A Prelude" is written by Grant Morrison and drawn by Tony Daniel. The Joker is inarguably the Batman's greatest foe but the Dark Knight's most resourceful foe is with a doubt Ra's al Ghul. In the past the criminal mastermind, known in some circles as the Demon's Head, could rejuvenate his body in the healing waters of a Lazarus Pit. However, the last time the Bat clashed with the Demon's Head, the villain's body was destroyed without hope of reaching the regenerative bath in time.

Now, Ra's al Ghul's immortal soul has been transferred to the body of one of his faithful followers. And wrapped in mummy bandages, he's returned to reclaim his criminal empire now being run by his daughter Talia. Surprised to see a teen grandson he didn't have, Ra's is further shocked to learn that Damian is the son of Batman! Needless to say, theirs is not a pleasant family reunion! Meanwhile, Batman battles three lovelies hoping to make their reputations in the League of Assassins.
