ALIENS: COLONIAL MARINES (DARK HORSE) (1993) #1 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Ten-issue series, color, 32 pages, $2.50 cover
Originally planned as a twelve issue series, but cut back with issue number eight. The entire creative staff on this series had several changes. The first three issues had a story by Chris Warner, pencils by Tony Akins, and inking by Paul Guinan. Cover art by Robert Mentor. The changes in the writers make this one of the harder Aliens stories to follow, especially since some events precede the concurrently running ALIENS:ROGUE series, and others follow that series. The primary linkage is the experimentation of Professor Ernst Kleist on Alien mophology.
